The reason we ask for you personal contact details is for the purpose of booking your hair appointment only incase we need to contact you regarding your requested appointment.

The reasons we may need to contact you is if there is any problem with your appointment for example your stylist is sick or running late , holidays and for any other reason that may effect your hair appointment.

If you do not provide us with your contact details we will not be able to contact you in the case of reasons stated above.

Your personal data is transferred to Timely which is the salon software booking system that we use to hold all of our clients data and appointment information. And Squarespace that hosts our website.

The data is transferred from the EU to Timely servers in the US and there is a contract in place between them to provide safeguards (timely terms of service and their data processing addendum )

We hold your personal data for the purpose of future appointments until you request deletion of your data to us.

You as the customer have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data. You have the right to have the data provided to you in a commonly used electronic format if you so wish to provide the information to another data controller. 

You as the customer have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time.

You as the customer have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority about how your data has been handled.

Your data is used to make automated text messages through Timely for the purpose of appointment reminders to you only.
